Well the tin man does have a heart!

One of my Christmas gifts from the menagerie, yes yes, we get a gift from Molly, Lucky and Bo, was the DVD of Red Dog.   Oh ... my ... God !   Talk about cry, I was sobbing buckets by the end.  It made me laugh, it made me cry, it even made His Lordship's eyes get all watery.  Okay so they didn't spill over, so he says technically he didn't cry, but there was leakage! ha.

Red Dog ... see it !  Iconic Australian movie (and yes, with the token American lead actor thrown in).  Although is he a lead actor, somehow I think Red Dog was!   There's a clip at the link.

And looking at those cookies, it reminds me that I have butter softening out on the bench because I need to make some this afternoon, Mike has to "take a plate" tomorrow.  Good arrangement huh?  He takes the plate, I do all the work.
