In my VERY exciting news today I ran for 8.32 km non-stop in a time of 1 hour 13 seconds. Okay so not setting any records by a long shot. But I'm so happy. Having entered the Mothers Day Classic 8km, never having run 8km in my life, I wanted to be able to do over 8km once so I knew I had it in me. Not saying I'll do it on the day, but at least I know I can. I ran the perimeter of our town and then to make up more kilometres I had to zig zag the streets on the return. Yep, I really think we need to move to a bigger town!!! ha.

I assume there are some hills in this training of yours because there are always hills in "fun" runs!
WTG girl!!! I can't tell you how proud and impressed I am with your running; my body just doesn't work when it comes to running LOL!
